What you want to know

How long am I tied in?

One month. The plan renews month by month until you cancel. No formalities, an email is enough.

How do I pay?

Monthly in advance by SEPA direct debit, or by invoice and bank transfer if you prefer. All prices are net, VAT is added.

What happens after the 30 days?

You decide. Nothing renews on its own, and nothing is lost: your workspace stays readable until you subscribe or export your data. And if you leave one day, your receipts stay readable with us until the legal retention period ends, at no charge.

I already use sevDesk or Lexware Office.

Then keep it. You connect your account, the Cloud reads your customers and open invoices, and our invoicing modules stay off. The connection costs nothing extra. It needs the sevDesk plan Buchhaltung Pro or the Lexware Office plan XL.

And the setup on my own computer?

Still available, after a first call and at a fixed price by scope. The Cloud is the way without any setup: sign in and start.

All prices net of VAT, per business and month. As of 6 October 2026. There is no official GoBD certificate for software, the German tax authorities issue none; you as the business owner remain responsible for proper bookkeeping, together with your tax advisor. The workspace and the legal terms are in German for now.
